Hi, I'm Coach Kenya Joy, founder of The Total Makeover Company, LLC. I walk alongside Christian women as they learn to live from their God-given identity with faith, clarity, and confidence. My work is rooted in the belief that true transformation doesn't come from striving harder - it comes from aligning with who God created you to be.
My Journey with ADHD
In my early forties, I was diagnosed with ADHD. While it answered many questions, it also invited me into a deeper journey of understanding how God uniquely designed my mind, my emotions, and my spiritual rhythms. Navigating life and faith as a neurodivergent woman has shaped how I approach growth - not with pressure or perfection, but with grace, awareness, and truth.
This lived experience allows me to support both neurodivergent and neurotypical women who desire spiritual growth, confidence, and a faith-filled life that honors how they're wired.
Why I’m Passionate About What I Do
I'm passionate about walking with women as they rediscover their worth, their voice, and their confidence in Christ. Through my own journey, I've learned that challenges, like ADHD, don't disqualify us from purpose. With God, they often become invitations to deeper trust, resilience, and strength.
I understand what it feels like to wrestle with:
- Inconsistency in spiritual rhythms
- Emotional overwhelm and overthinking
- Self-doubt that clouds confidence
And I've also experienced how God's truth brings grounding, peace, and clarity - not through force, but through alignment.
My Faith-Based Coaching Approach
My work is faith-centered and identity-driven. Rather than focusing solely on goals, I guide women in building a strong foundation rooted in Christ, where confidence, clarity, and purpose grow naturally. When identity is secure, decisions become clearer, faith deepens, and life begins to align.
My Mission
My mission is to support Chrisitan women, especially those navigating ADHD, as they grow emotionally resilient, spiritually grounded, and confident in their God-given purpose.
